Seafood Specials at Pennsylvania 6
Pennsylvania 6 DC is celebrating National Seafood Month (October) with a creative menu featuring 8 fall-inspired dishes. Each week, the restaurant will showcase an appetizer and entrée that highlights the bold, rich ingredients of Corporate Executive Chef Matt Ifkovitz’s culinary creativity.
Small plates include Jamaican Jerk Mahi Mahi Skewers with bell pepper and pineapple, Crispy Black Sea Bass with sweet potato puree and a Thai coconut broth, Monkfish Fritters roasted with chili and coriander pesto cucumber raita, and King Crab Legs with old bay aioli. Special entrées include Grilled Mahi Mahi with brussel sprout slaw and roasted tomato polenta, Pan Seared Black Sea Bass with fall squash ratatouille, Roasted Monkfish in a cider-truffle jus, and King Crab Legs with broccolini gratin and a twice baked potato.
