DC Meat Week 2014

bbqJan. 26 marks the beginning of Meat Week 2014. Area barbecue restaurants will be offering seven days of specials on ribs, pulled pork, brisket and anything else one might put in a smoker for eight to 16 hours. Participating water holes are:

Jan. 26: Urban Bar-B-Que Company
Jan. 27: Hill Country Barbecue Market
Jan. 28: DCity Smokehouse at Showtime Lounge
Jan. 29: Pork Barrel BBQ
Jan. 30: Smoke BBQ
Jan. 31: Barbecue Food Truck Face-Off
Feb. 1: Mr. P’s

In addition, DCity Smokehouse will soon begin delivering sandwiches to the nearby Showtime Lounge, which is an exciting addition for fans of cheap beer and a best-in-the-city jukebox.
