Smoke and Barrel Opens in Adams Morgan
They’ve recruited Chef Vincent Waide, from Arkansas, to be their Executive Chef & Pit Master. Matthew ‘Heff’ Heffernan, Tavern Keeper/General Manager, comes to them from Rustico in Ballston and finally Sam Fitz, the Beer Director from Meridian Pint will be heading up this beer program as well.
