Starters: Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Taboullah, Fattoush, Sultut Harateen, and Falafel

Main Course: Shish Kabob, Shish Taouk, Kifta Kabob, Fillet of Salmon, and Stuffed Grape Leaves

(Vegetarian option available by request)

Dessert: Choice of Baklava, The Bird’s Nest, Namoura or Arabian Rice Pudding.

Soft drinks, coffee or tea will also be included.
