Sandwiches include a grilled black Angus beef burger; a tuna burger; and a DC Kobe Dog made from select cuts of Wagyu beef. Featured entrees include Peruvian style roast chicken with plantain mashed potatoes; eggplant and heirloom tomato lasagna; and hanger steak marinated with rosemary, thyme, oregano and extra virgin oil.

Redline’s fully equipped modern kitchen includes a stone pizza oven and a signature European-style Montague range.
