Boundary Stone is extending happy hour on New Year’s Eve from 4-10 p.m. Specials include $4 DC Braus, $5 cocktails, and $6 wines. Sandwiches are $7, happy hour snacks start at $3, and the full food menu will also be available. Beginning at 10:30 p.m., local brass-heavy jazz band The Experience Band will ring in the New Year with an upbeat blend of classic jazz and swing music.
Boundary Stone will also be open for brunch on New Year’s Day from 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Brunch highlights include Short Rib Hash, Pub Steak and Eggs, Huevos Rancheros, and the Pork Belly and Egg Sandwich in addition to Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will offer a New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu highlighting elevated cuisine for guests interested in ringing in a big and bold new year. Featured items include Seared Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Spaghetti Squash Gratin, Chilled Oysters with Caviar Mignonette, and 45-day Dry Aged Double Bone in Prime Ribeye “Double Eagle Steak”. The prix fixe menu is available from December 29 – 31 for $99 per guest. The full dinner menu will also be available, featuring notable items such as the 14-day Dry Aged Colorado Prime Lamb or the 32-ounce Wagyu Tomahawk Chop.

The Salt Line invites guests to ring in 2018 with a festive New Year’s Eve celebration. Executive Chef Kyle Bailey will offer a four-course prix fixe menu with wine pairings for $85 per person. Guests can choose from inventive offerings like Portuguese baked clams with linguiça sausage, fennel, potatoes, and kale; lobster pot pie with roasted root vegetables, white wine glaze, and a biscuit top; and confit chicken thigh with beluga lentils, salt-roasted sunchokes, brunoise mirepoix, and fines herbs.
