Hogo at The Passenger

Hogo, the Caribbean term for “high-taste”, is a funky, laid-back den dedicated to all things rum and a few other great, unheralded spirits like Tequila, Mezcal and Pisco. Serving tropical drinks, rums and everything else in the style of one of the District’s top bartenders. Hogo is also home to the project Temporary Works, which hopes to bring new late-night dining options to D.C. by giving talented chefs a platform to cook bar food with their own twists.
Buffalo & Bergen’s Suburbia at Union Market

Buffalo & Bergen’s Suburbia, a summertime airstream bar, will be set up in front of the market all summer. Suburbia serves creative cocktails, frozen drinks, wine and good old fashioned beers.

Porrón emulates a summer day indoors with turf flooring and bright blue skies covering the ceiling and walls. Guests can enjoy porrónes of ciders or cocktails along the 18- seat bar, or on lawn and patio seating provided by No Kings. The pop-up will feature wood-fire grilled meats and veggies on Fridays and Saturdays and the Kennedy Street Cidery food menu featuring meats, cheeses, salads and paninos is available 7 days/week.
Truxton Inn at McClellan’s Retreat

Truxton Inn features six traditional cocktails and six cocktails that put a twist on the traditionals. For the duration of the pop-up, 10 percent of all proceeds will benefit the Washington Humane Society
