If you’re looking to avoid the massive crowds downtown for the fireworks, head on over to Arlington’s (Crystal City) new Long Bridge Park where not only is there a great view of the Fireworks, but there are plenty of activities to keep you busy throughout the whole day.

Highlights include live music, a local arts and crafts vendor market, YMCA Arlington obstacle course, moon bounces, adult lawn games (cornhole, bocce, etc.), local food trucks, and amazing views of DC’s fireworks display.

When: July 4th, Noon to 10 p.m.
Where: Long Bridge Park. Complimentary shuttles will run continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations.
