Eric Hutchinson’s latest tour kicked off last month and made a stop at the 9:30 club in DC this past weekend. The 9:30 club has had an impressive list of performers filter through their doors over the years and Eric Hutchinson was no exception.

Originally from the metro area, Hutchinson returned to Washington to perform in front of a sold out crowd on Saturday night. Hutchinson delivered a truly entertaining show as he performed a number of new songs from his recently released album “Moving Up Living Down.” In standard DC nature, he amused the crowd by mixing in political banter to some of his sets while still keeping in sync with his lively and upbeat nature. He attracted a wide range through the audience with his hit songs including “All Over Now,” “Watching you Watch Him” and “Living in the Afterlife.” Eric bounced back between the piano and guitar all night to deliver a truly dynamic show.

Eric’s tour will continue throughout the early months of the summer and end up back Baltimore, Norfolk, Charlottesville and Richmond at the end of June.
