Train, Bruno Mars to Headline 2011 Preakness

Train is performing at Preakness 2011The 2011 Preakness InfieldFEST will include performances by recent Grammy Award winners Bruno Mars and Train. Both bands will play extended sets on the main stage in the public Infield on Saturday, May 21 at Pimlico Race Course when the Maryland Jockey Club, North America’s oldest sporting organization, hosts the 136th renewal of the Preakness Stakes.

Also taking the stage will be Puddle of Mudd, Mr. Greengenes and Phil Vassar.

DC After Five Bus Trip
Once again, DC After Five will have discounted all inclusive tickets including bus trip and the infield party. Stay tuned for details.

Mug Club
Two 160 feet MUG Club areas will be available in the Infield and another in the Top of the Stretch section. For an additional $20 to a regular admission to the public Infield or a Top of the Stretch ticket, fans receive a souvenir mug with unlimited refills of beer.

“We worked through some of last year’s glitches,” added Chuckas.“We did homework on our own and listened to feedback from customers to find a way to make this an even better experience.”

The popular Beer Garden returns with $2 draft beer served from8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
