Don’t fear, Virgin Fest will be back this year … just probably in a new location.
It looks like the 4th year music festival could be moving to Merriweather in Columbia, Md. According to the Washington Business Journal, Virgin Fest promoter I.M.P. (who also manages Merriweather) is considering moving the event to a new location and Merriweather makes perfect sense. They could rid the large rental fee they get charged to hold the festival at Pimlico.
